1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with HYDI BAGS.
We ship our products across India and to selected international locations.
All orders are processed within our standard business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you via email.


2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Domestic Orders (India): 1–3 business days for order processing

  • International Orders: 3–5 business days for order processing

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries.
Standard Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Note: Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of the products.

  • Domestic Orders: Flat or dynamic rates as shown during checkout

  • International Orders: Calculated based on weight, destination, and courier charges

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional country-specific charges.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS / NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or the package is returned due to non-collection, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Any additional courier fees

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.


7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package & product

We will assist you with replacement or resolution.
